CNC Turning Services

Our fully-equipped CNC turning department contains live tooled, CNC turning centers with up to 11 axes and 12” chuck capacity.  The addition of our Automated Tending Robot allows us to run production 24 hours a day.  Although equipped for larger scale production runs, we are also open to prototyping and small runs for any number of industries ranging from pharmaceutical to dental, electronic to aeronautical and beyond.  We are able to work with a wide variety of materials, including titanium, stainless steel, fiberglass and acrylic.
